Limitation on use of APP

This APP / Website is collecting payment for various online facilities. It is not intended for use by anyone under the age of eighteen (18), and any individual under such age should not provide us with Personally Identifiable Information. We do not knowingly contact, market to, solicit, collect or use Personally Identifiable Information from or about any individual under the age of 18. It is possible that by fraud or deception we may receive information pertaining to children under 18. If we are notified that we have personal information regarding a person under the age of 18, as soon as we reasonably verify the information, we will either obtain parental consent or otherwise delete the information from the account and/or facility. However, the information may remain on a log in our servers. If you want to notify us of our receipt of information by children under 18, please do so by emailing us at : info@srsjm.org

On Successful transaction of payment

In case of successful transaction of payment for online facilities the Devotee will be given a unique acknowledgement ID. The details will also be informed via email and text message on the email id given and mobile number provided by Devotee. Devotee needs to use acknowledgement ID for all future references with Shree Shree Narayani Seva Sansthan, Lonavala. It is mandatory for Devotee to produce acknowledgement for availing any facility at Lonavala. The amount will be deducted from Devotee's respective bank and credited in the account of Shree Narayani Seva Sansthan, Lonavala.

On Failure of transaction of payment

Devotee can edit/delete facilities from list of selected facilities at any point before making payment. Once Devotee navigates to payment gateway for making payment, entry for same will be stored with us. Devotee enters financial details in payment gateway and none of these details are stored with us. Only the final confirmation provided by payment gateway is stored. Payment for facility will be termed as completed and accepted by Mandir only after realization of amount from bank. Only the facilities for which Mandir receives complete payment are subject to cancellation policies. Shree Narayani Seva Sansthan, Lonavala does not own responsibility of any transactions for which payment is not completed and realized in Mandir's account from bank.

Terms and conditions for Room Booking
  • No Room service.
  • Room is available only for devotees of Shree Narayani Dham, not for any commercial purpose.
  • Devotee are allowed to stay for maximum 15 nights.
  • In case of cancellation ONLY SECURITY AMOUNT will be refunded.
  • No modification allowed after booking (Date/Name).
  • All Refund will be processed and credited within 2 weeks.
  • Original proof of identity and OTP must be provided at the time of checkin.

  • In case due to any technical error, room is not booked after the online payment, then full amount will be refunded within 2 weeks, and no further claim will be entertained.
  • Online advance booking is allowed upto 45 days from current date.
  • Child age should be below 5 years.
  • Room category cannot be changed once booking is done.
  • Any devotee / person, using the trust Room, Cottages, Yagyashala, Dining Hall, Community Hall and other places should maintain cleanliness of the premises and should not throw litters, water bottles, split etc.
  • Consuming and / or serving liquor in the premises of the trust is strictly prohibited. In spite of this condition, if any person is found consuming liquor and / or serving liquor in the premises of trust, such person/s will be immediately asked to go out of the premises.
  • Devotee, engaging the trust premises for any purpose will not allow any caterer/s, decorator/s or any other person/s in the trust premises, unless and until such person sign a written undertaking on the prescribed form and is/are permitted by the trust.
  • While the property of the trust is used by devotee, if any damage is caused to the property of the trust by devotees / invitees and / or his persons engaged by him, the devotee will be liable to pay the charges to the Trust of the extent of damages caused. The valuation of the damage to the property will be assessed by the trust and their finding will be final and will be binding on the devotees.
  • For stay at Rooms / Cottages in Sansthan, the timing will be as follows. Check in 11.00 AM & Check out 9.00 AM Strictly. If stay at rooms / cottages is extended beyond check out time, full day charge will be applicable.
  • It is agreed by the devotee that in the event of natural / accidental death, injury etc., caused to any of his family members, guest/s, invitees or the persons hired by him, in the premises of the trust, the devotee will be totally liable and responsible for these incidents and for their medical expenses, compensation, damages etc. He /she will be liable to face and legal proceedings arising out of the same at his / her own cost and that, he / she will totally indemnity the trust from such liabilities.
  • In extreme cases, whereby trust has no option, except to cancel booking made by devotee due to some unavoidable circumstances, beyond control of trust, the amount of deposit shall be returned back to the party, Booking party shall have no right to claim and kind of damages against the trust on account of cancellation of such bookings.
  • Mass booking means booking of 60 Rooms, 3 Cottages along with Community Hall, Dining Hall and Yagyashala.
  • Any booking, less than mass booking as referred to in Sr. No. 08 above, will be considered as normal booking.
  • It is expressly notified that no booking will be accepted for functions (other than wedding), if the number of guests / invites exceeds five hundred persons. These conditions should be strictly followed by the booking parties.
  • Mass booking will be accepted one year prior to actual date of booking. In case of mass booking, the deposit, in respect of Community hall, dining hall and Yagyashala to be paid within 48 hours from the date of booking and the deposit against rooms and cottages, booked under mass booking, must be paid before 2 months of the date of actual booking. If deposit as mentioned above, is not made within stipulated time, booking will be treated as cancelled.
  • In case of cancellation of mass booking (i.e. Minimum 60 Rooms, 3 Cottage, Yagyashala, Dining Hall, Community Hall) by devotee, the trust will not return the deposit amount back to devotee. However, devotee will be given one time option to reschedule the same booking within 6 months from the date of cancellation. The cancellation of mass booking will be considered, provided the same is done 2 months before the date of actual mass booking.
  • Even after one time option of rescheduling the mass booking. If the devotee fails to avail of the said opportunity the amount of deposit so paid, will be forfeited.
  • The trust will give the possession of the community hall, dining hall, Yagyashala etc., etc. in advance, prior to the programme in good and proper condition as per practice and that the devotee agrees and undertakes that after completion of the programme, he/she/they will hand over the possessions of the hired premises, as mentioned above to the officials of the trust in good, clean and original condition.
  • In case of cancellation of normal booking, neither the amount of deposit so paid, will be refunded, not the party will be given and opportunity to reschedule the normal booking.
  • During the programme, the devotee, his guests, etc., should take proper care to safeguard their valuable, money and other articles. In case the devotees / guest / invitees loose any of their valuable's money, and other articles of goods, the trust will not be held responsible for the same.
  • The trust reserves its right to admit and or to deny admission to the devotee/s at their entire discretion.
  • Trust will not allow to conduct any function or programme, which may create communal tension or prejudice religious sentiments or glorify sati or child marriage or any such other functions.
  • All taxes at prevailing rate will be charged, on the day of service.
  • In case of any dispute of differences between the trust and the devotee, it will be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
  • All the devotees, customers, patrons, visitors, suppliers etc. are hereby notified that they shall enter the premises of the Shree Narayani Dham at their own cost and risk. After entering the premises of the Shree Narayani Dham if any one cause any injury or accidental or otherwise cause death etc., the Management of the Shree Narayani Dham shall not be held responsible for the same not shall be liable to pay any damages and / or compensation to such persons nor also be liable for any criminal negligence.
  • A. C. Consumption during function, if exceeds 350 units per day will be charged extra Rs.20.00 per unit.
  • Valet parking arrangements should be made by devotees at their own cost. 23) Parking out side premises - on road, is strictly prohibited. 24) Devotees have to follow all government as well as narayani dham rules and regulations.
  • In case of any deviation, if any penalty or liability arises, that will be borne by the devotees.
  • Carrying of arms, weapons or any explosives items etc. are totally prohibited within the premises of Narayanidham.
  • Booking will not be confirmed in absence of Aadhar Card & Pan Card.
  • Payment at the-time of booking, will be required by cheque/RIGS. Bookings will be confirmed, once the payment is realised in bank.
  • Security deposit for function booking (One Lakh Rupees) 45 days prior to booking date, for Normal Rooms (WOW-) per room / Five bedded (2000/-) per unit / Cottage (2000/-) per cottage to be paid at the time of room booking.
  • If any penalty is levied by government department, due to some fault at your end, you will be responsible to pay the same.
  • Bookings are not transferable.
  • Rooms linen will be changed alternate day.
  • We Issue food coupon on first come first basis.
  • Child 5 years and above will require food coupon, No sharing allowed.
  • Extra bed charges will be charged for Extra person in room.
  • No extra linen provided In rooms.

Terms and conditions for Donation/Shringar
  • The Donor confirms that the donation given herein is lawful money and is being given out of free will and pleasure.
  • The Donor agrees that the donation given is non-refundable.
  • The Donor certifies that it is not foreign source within the meaning of Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act.

Terms and conditions for Food Coupon
  • Non Cancellation / Non Refundable / Not Transferable / No Reschedule
  • Food avaialable as per display time.
